This twist on Suzie’s black bean brownies/cupcakes sounds amazing! Can’t wait to give it a try! Here’s the recipe: ⠀

Ingredients: ⠀
-1 can organic black beans, drained and rinsed until water runs clear ⠀
-1/3 cup coconut oil ⠀
-1/3 cup raw cocoa powder ⠀
-1 cup fresh raspberries ⠀
-1 cup organic sugar or coconut sap crystals⠀
-4 large organic eggs⠀
-1 tsp vanilla ⠀
-1 1/2 tsp baking powder⠀
-1 tsp baking soda ⠀
-1/2 tsp almond extract ⠀
-1/2 tsp cinnamon ⠀
-Dash sea salt ⠀
-@enjoylifefoods chocolate chips⠀

Directions: ⠀
1. Mix all ingredients in blender (vitamix preferred) at a high speed until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no bits or lumps.⠀
2. Add raspberries and chocolate chips and stir gently.⠀
2. Spoon into brownie pan or cupcake liners. ⠀
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before eating. ⠀
