Patient of the week – Mary!
Mary was suffering from radiating pain in her ankle and foot from a stress fracture injury to her cuboid bone. The stress fracture of the cuboid is characterized by in incomplete crack in the bone, causing pain that increases with impact activity (such as running, jumping, sprinting, and hopping). In severe cases, walking or standing may be enough to aggravate symptoms.
After only two acupuncture treatments with Abram Ojure, Lic. Ac., Mary saw 100% improvement in her foot pain and inflammation! Mary reports that she feels more relaxed, in less pain, and stronger. On a scale of 1-10, Mary classifies her improvement as a 10 out of 10 and says, “Acupuncture treatment is always relaxing, and most importantly, pain relieving!”
