We got lot’s of questions yesterday about Dr. Anns blueberry vanilla protein pancakes so we figured we’d share the recipe! 🥞⠀

️1 cup @pamelasproducts Gluten Free Baking and Pancake Mix⠀
️4 scoops Vanilla Veg-E Complete Protein @standardprocess ️1 1/4 cup water ⠀
️1 egg⠀
️1 tablespoon of safflower or avocado oil (can substitute with apple sauce) ⠀
️1/2 cup blueberries (frozen works too)⠀

Mix in a medium sized bowl and cook on medium heat. Enjoy!!⠀
