• 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗼𝘅 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀 •⠀ ⠀ It’s hard not to crave some of your “not so healthy” favorites while participating in a detox program. That’s why it’s best to focus on healthier renditions of meals that you already love! This messy nacho dish is both healthy & delicious. Give it a try and let us know what you think! ⠀ ⠀ Ingredients: ⠀ • @sietefoods cassava tortilla chips (corn/grain free)⠀ • avocado ⠀ • chopped red onion ⠀ •chopped tomato ⠀ •black beans ⠀ •chopped cilantro ⠀ •chopped jalapenos ⠀ • lime juice⠀ • Suzie’s cashew nacho cheese sauce (see story highlights under “food”)⠀ • meat of your choice ( I did grass-fed steak ) ⠀ ⠀ Directions: ⠀ HOMEMADE GUAC: ⠀ Mash avocado with a fork. Add chopped red onions, lime juice, chopped cilantro, chopped jalapenos, salt + garlic powder to taste.⠀ ⠀ STEAK:⠀ Saute steak in EVOO, salt + pepper + adobo seasoning (or any seasoning you wish). Cut into small pieces and set aside. ⠀ ⠀ Lay chips out on a large baking sheet. Add beans, “cheese” sauce, steak, tomato, and guacamole.
