3-4 scoops SP Complete (or Veg-E Complete) Chocolate ⠀
2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen ⠀
1 scoop frozen wild blueberries⠀
1/2 banana (green bananas = less sugar content) ⠀
2 heaping scoops of vanilla coconut milk ice cream ⠀
Splash of Milkadamia or milk of your choice ⠀
